Cutlet Pao Cutlet pao is one of the most famous Street food in Goa. It is known for its crispy skin and tangy flavour with goan pao. Beef cutlet is a thin slice of beef marinated, rawa coated and fried. The goan cutlet is served with Salad and pao. Ingredients 1 kg Beef, thinly sliced 2 tablespoon Red chill powder 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 lemon 1 cup semolina Salt to taste Oil for frying Chopped cabbage for toppings Method  Tenderize the meat slices using a meat mallet by pounding it on both sides. Add Red chill powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste and lemon.  Rub the spices into the meat and let marinate for 30 minutes to an hour. Place a piece of the sliced meat into the semolina and coat it thoroughly on both sides.
