Cutlet Pao Cutlet pao is one of the most famous Street food in Goa. It is known for its crispy skin and tangy flavour with goan pao. Beef cutlet is a thin slice of beef marinated, rawa coated and fried. The goan cutlet is served with Salad and pao.
