Gobi Manchurian


Gobi Manchurian 

Gobi Manchurian is an indo Chinese cuisine which is a famous gaon Street food. Gobi manchurian is prepared with grated cabbage and manchurian sauce.

Ingredients 
1 cabbage, finely chopped

1 tablespoon Red chill powder 

1 tablespoon  ginger garlic paste 

2 tablespoon corn flour

Salt to taste 

1/2 cup maida

2 tablespoon water

Oil for deep frying 

Ingredients for sauce


2 tablespoon Oil


2 clove of garlic chopped 

4 tablespoon spring onions chopped 

1 green chillislit

1 tablespoon chilli sauce

2 tablespoon soya sauce

2 tablespoon vinegar

Salt to taste 

2 tablespoon tomato sauce 

1/2 teaspooon peppercrushed

Method

  • Firstly, take 2 cup finely chopped cabbage.
  •  Add chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, maida and corn flour. 
  • Combine and prepare a soft dough. 
  • Deep fry cabbage balls in hot oil or bake at 200 degree celsius for 20 minutes or till cabbage balls turn crisp and gets cooked well completely from inside. 
  • Now in a large kadai heat oil and saute garlic also saute spring onions and green chilli. 
  • Further add chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. 
  • Saute on high flame till the sauce thickens. 
  • Now add fried cabbage balls and mix gently. 
  • Finally, cabbage manchurian is ready to serve by garnishing with chopped spring onions.
